  JaTaya i s a Double Diamond Executive with It Works Global, a network marketing business, whose flagship product is best known as "That Crazy Wrap Thing." JaTaya started her journey with It Works Global in October 2012 and climbed through the ranks of the company, reaching the noteworthy level of Double Diamond in only 10 short months. She has over 10 years of professional network marketing business experience. She is the dynamic driving force behind her nationwide team of over 250 distributors, which currently covers 35 states, known as the "Diamond Wrap Stars." As a result of JaTaya’s leadership, the Diamond Wrap Star organization is one of the most successful teams in Northeastern Ohio. JaTaya’s   business success is due to her ability in leading her team in areas such as developing strong personal and business relationships, while providing solid training and mentorship opportunities. Helping others to achieve success and to live the life of their dreams is what drives JaTaya to remain focused on her business goals. She earned the "$10,000 Get Out Of Debt Bonus" for promoting to the level of Diamond, and has helped several of her distributors accomplish monumental achievements and promotions, earning financial gain on their journey towards financial freedom. Jataya’s   expertise in network marketing and social media and her unrelenting passion have afforded her success with connecting people and products through technology. She thrives in the dynamic and fast-changing field of Information Technology and Computer Science. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology with a concentration in Web Design from Kent State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She continued her education at Kent State, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Technology. JaTaya has over 11 years of technical work experience, spending the last nine years of her career with the Department of Defense. JaTaya   embraced John F. Kennedy’s principle when he said, "Every person can make a difference and every person should try," which is why for several years, she actively volunteered in the food pantry for the community outreach ministry at the Word Church; following the leadership of Dr. R.A. Vernon. Furthermore, JaTaya served on the board of the Aldersgate-Zimbabwe Well Project as the Marketing Director. There she led the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan, with a focus on social media and webpage management, community partnerships, fundraising and volunteer development. Jataya   served as a Loaned Executive for the North Coast Combined Federal Campaign, the government sector of The United Way. During her three years, she managed over 30 government campaigns, raising over three quarters of a million dollars in charitable contributions! During her tenure with The United Way, JaTaya also functioned as the Speaker’s Bureau Coordinator, where she developed and fostered relationships with many local charity leaders and employees, including ESOP, Hattie Larlham, The Gathering Place, Transitional Housing, Shoes & Clothes for Kids, The City Mission, The Cleveland Foodbank, and many other noteworthy charitable organizations. JaTaya   was honored at the White House as one of the recipients for the North Coast Combined Federal Campaign’s Innovator Award for extraordinary contribution through hard work and dedication to the campaign. JaTaya   founded Women of Worth, a networking group designed to help business minded women and entrepreneurs build relationships and expand their circle of influence. She is eager to share her talents and resources with others as well as building platforms for others to spring from. JaTaya is an aspiring international motivational speaker.
